The NSSO is recruiting for several key senior positions in our Enterprise ICT Department.
Enterprise ICT delivers Information and Communications Technology to the NSSO, enabling us to deliver on our strategic and operational objectives of organisation scalability, process efficiency, data convergence and integration, and an improved customer experience.
The Enterprise ICT team currently consists of teams of: IT infrastructure, applications support, security, digital, enterprise architecture and solutions, and business intelligence analytics and reporting professionals supported by multiple third parties.
The Enterprise ICT function has a team of more than 70 staff and is now seeking to expand its team in a variety of key areas.

The NSSO is committed to embracing opportunities for blended working that can help to build a more dynamic, agile and responsive civil service organisation, while sustaining strong standards of performance and high levels of productivity.
Launched in August 2022, the policy requires a minimum on-site attendance of 20% across a calendar month, including specific days during the month agreed with the manager and team. There will also be a requirement to attend on additional days as and when required by the manager. This is to provide opportunities to increase cross-functional team collaboration for effective performance and increased team bonding.
This policy is for a trial period of 12 months and will be reviewed towards the end of 2023.
