Here are the contact details for our HR and Payroll services. Please note that your organisation may receive only HR Services, only Payroll Services, or may receive both of these. If you’re not sure which applies to you, you can ask your manager or give us a call to check.

- If your organisation receives only Payroll Services, please contact your employer for any HR matters.

You can ask us a question or get help with any of our services by sending us an email. In line with Data Protection, please ensure to include two of the following in your correspondence for verification purposes:
- Personnel number
- PPSN
- Date of birth

0818 107 100 is the number for all employees and retirees, and you can choose to speak to our team on either HR or Payroll queries.
The NSSO would like to advise customers that all calls may be recorded for quality and training purposes.
Please note that the NSSO does not offer a FREEPOST service. Please ensure you have affixed the correct value in postage stamps to your envelope prior to posting it to the NSSO.
