Dear colleagues,
From July 2022 the entitlement for Parents Leave will increase from 5 weeks to 7 weeks.
Parents Leave must still be taken in weekly blocks, and can be taken in the following manner:
• One continuous instance of 7 weeks
• 7 instances of 1 week blocks
• Any combination of available durations, subject to a combined total of 7 weeks
Available durations are; 1 week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks, 4 weeks, 5 weeks, 6 weeks, and 7 weeks.
We are working on updating our e-form system to accommodate the increased entitlement. In the meantime, the additional 2 weeks can be applied for by raising a case on our Case Management System here:
