To view the progress of an existing case, you can log into the case management system.
Your Local HR will identify whether you qualify for a new allowance, or to have a pre-existing one extended or ended. If Local HR grants, extends, or ends the allowance, it will notify the NSSO which will update your HR and payroll records.
