The NSSO is changing its Contact Centre phone number with effect from 1 November 2021. The new number for HR, Pensions and Payroll Services is 0818 107 100.
The order of the options menu will also change. Payroll Services can now be reached via option 1 while HR Services will now be option 2.
OneLearning is also changing its phone number from 1 November 2021. The new number for this service is 0818 107 102.
Both the Contact Centre and OneLearning Helpdesks continue to be available Monday – Friday 9.00 to 13.00.
The 076 107 1000 number will be discontinued with effect from 1 January 2022.
