The method of selecting an Approver or the Assigned to person in the MIR system has changed. This is only a cosmetic change to provide greater security and strengthen existing validations on the MIR.
To select an Approver you can continue to use search option to find your HR colleague and this is the recommended approach for all users. However you will now see a Person ID associated with each HR Rep who has either created or approved a transaction. This Person ID value associated with each employee can be ignored as it not used for any other purpose other than this increased system security. All other functionality will remain as is in the MIR system.
