As of 8 June 2021, a form can be attached to an Internal Transfer to facilitate the awarding of an allowance to an officer or a work pattern change (WPC) for the officer.
If an Allowance form is attached, the Pay team will receive a case to award the allowance(s) to the officer based on the information filled in on the form.
If a WPC form is attached, the Leave team will receive a case to change the work pattern of the officer based on the information filled in on the form.
Please note that the current work pattern for the officer should be used in the New Position Information.
